The wine cellar reminded me of the wine cellars we saw in Europe, but on a smaller scale. Which makes sense, since this town was built upon their arrival from Europe. The kitchen is a separate building to the side of the palace. There were two people today actually cooking foods of the 18th Century. Looked pretty good, too.
